Senrest is a leader in the orthotics and prosthetics industry.
Products and productions of Behsaz Teb Ajand Company (Senrest)
Custom Insoles
CNC insoles are manufactured using a CAD-CAM technology process using a CNC milling machine. To produce insoles, Senrest combines EVA Foam copolymer to provide the ultimate in comfort, support, and protection for the foot, tailored to the patient’s pathology and medical prescription.
Orthopedic insoles are a type of prescription orthosis that is worn inside shoes to correct foot problems and relieve pain. They are custom-made to fit your foot and are designed to last for many years. They are interchangeable, so you can use them in combination with different shoes.
Senrest Wide Sandals
Senrest wide sandals come in two models: two-strap and three-strap, with both natural and synthetic leather. These sandals can support a foot length of 23.5 to 29.5 cm.
Sunrest wide sandals come in two models: two-strap and three-strap, with both natural and synthetic leather. These sandals can support a foot length of 23.5 to 29.5 cm, have the ability to offload, have a 15 mm deep sandal cup, apply various types of shortening, and have a variety of pads and wedges.

Spinal Correction Belt
Spinal correction braces are an effective and non-invasive method of treating spinal deformities that brings comfort, precision and quality to individuals using CAD.CAM technology.
The use of specialized spinal braces can be one of the most effective treatment methods for patients who are in their growing years. To make braces with high precision, quality and effectiveness, after obtaining the three-dimensional volume of the patient’s torso and modifying the mold in the software, the brace is simulated and all corrective forces are examined until the final file is given to the CNC machine for cutting on polyurethane foam and the brace is made of PP or PE.
A 3D printer can also do the manufacturing job well.
Helmet
Cranial orthoses or helmets are a corrective orthosis for the treatment of neonatal skull deformities. The corrective principles of the orthosis are that they provide spaces for the growth of depressed areas and create contact in the convex areas to incline growth towards the depressed and flattened areas of the head.
The prevalence of neonatal skull deformities depends on various factors, including the age range studied, the methods of measuring and evaluating the deformities, and the different patient populations in the studies. The factor that we use to correct the deformity of the newborn’s head is the growth of the baby’s brain and skull, which will be corrected by wearing the orthosis and directing growth to the depressed areas of the corresponding deformity.
SMO
SMO stands for supramalleolar orthosis. Simply put, it is a foot and ankle brace. Unlike its taller counterpart, the AFO, SMO orthoses for children do not extend much above the ankle.
SMO orthoses are used for the ankle, the muscles behind the heel, and for children with soft, flexible feet and flat feet. All of our SMOs are custom-made to fit your needs. SMOs are short in construction and extend above the ankle, allowing you to wear them discreetly and comfortably in a wide range of shoe styles.
UCBL
“UCBL orthosis” is a type of foot orthosis used primarily to correct and support the feet and ankles of children and adults.
Designed at the University of California-Berkeley Laboratory, this orthosis typically has an internal arch that helps maintain and support the natural arch of the foot. This orthosis helps stabilize the ankle and helps prevent incorrect and unwanted movements. It is usually made of lightweight, durable materials that fit easily into regular shoes.
“Correcting the shape of the skull of newborns by combining medical knowledge and CAD/CAM technology” Helmet
Cranial orthoses or helmets are a corrective orthosis for the treatment of neonatal skull deformities. The corrective principles of the orthosis are that they provide spaces for growth in depressed areas and create contact in convex areas to bias growth towards depressed and flattened areas of the head.
The prevalence of neonatal skull deformities depends on various factors, including the age range studied, the methods of measuring and evaluating the deformities, and the different patient populations in the studies. The factor that we use to correct neonatal head deformities is the growth of the baby’s brain and skull, which will be corrected by wearing the orthosis and directing growth to the depressed areas of the relevant deformity.
Types of neonatal skull deformities include plagiocephaly, brachiocephaly, asymmetric scaphocephaly, brachiocephaly, and craniosynostosis.
Goals of using a helmet: Creating symmetry and proportion of skull dimensions, improving growth in desired directions in the skull, directing growth from prominent areas of the skull to flattened areas of the skull
The golden time to use a helmet is between 4 and 6 months of age. A helmet can be effective in correcting deformities after the end of 3 months to 18 months of age. After the end of two years of age, due to a significant decrease in the peripheral growth of the infant’s head, it will not be possible to correct deformities using a helmet.
Non-surgical treatment of spinal deformities such as scoliosis, kyphosis and lordosis has become more efficient and precise today with the advancement of modern technologies. One of the most important technologies that has revolutionized this field is CAD/CAM (Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing).
In this method, instead of traditional molding, a 3D scan of the patient’s body is used to precisely design the orthosis (brace). Then, using specialized software, the brace is designed according to the needs of each patient and manufactured with high precision by CNC machines. This technology has several advantages:
✅Improved treatment effectiveness: Precise and controlled design leads to a better adaptation of the brace to the patient’s treatment needs and results in better results in correcting spinal deformities.
✅Increased accuracy and quality: 3D design allows for precise correction of the deformity and the brace is made to fit the patient’s body perfectly.
✅Increased accuracy and quality: 3D design allows for precise correction of the deformity and the brace is made to fit the patient’s body perfectly.
✅More patient comfort: Braces produced with this method are more comfortable and tolerable due to their ergonomic design and lightweight materials.
